Every Week ;
On Weekdays.
Eat On Weekends.
Consume no more then 1,000 calories a day.
Exercise On Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Burn 500 calories 4 days a week.

The days I picked to exercise is because:
After 48 hours without any exercise, your body gains weight.

And I picked the weekend because, I volunteer two hours before school and I don't go to school till noon, then I don't get back till six pm.

I took adderall today and my Dexatrim one of them 2 green teas and 2  B leans
Woke up today at 138.0 Highest today 140.6  (b4 shit)  Before bed 139.6 (1am)
TMI I shit 2 times still feel like I have to again! But no I cant like a normal person because IM FUCKING DISORDERED!
distraught and worn the fuck out, but I try and remain POSITIVE ;) Its so hard to around other people. I become like fuck you and Im better leave me alone, but inside I really wanna open up and be social .. LIKE WTF?

Im going to loose weight !!!!! I HAVE TO!

yeah I lost alot of weight in two weeks from adderall. yeah I was completely estatic meaning happy, but Im fortunate to have lost it, but I can't be comfortable because Im not yet there at my weight where I can be comfortable. In public or private. Once Im comfortable privately then I know I can be outside. I will wear whatever I want, because it fits! I won't even have to spend time looking in the mirrow.
